        Hi David,

Interesting interview with on Youtube. I work in the financial industry and am not at all surprised by your conclusions and insights.

My only question, comment is do you consider qaulity companies to be a hard asset? There are about 160 of them that control the global economy and just like real estate, they will always have an asset value after what I call the great re-set, just like real estate. And yes I encourage clients to own bullion and pm stocks as part of their diversification strategy. Paying down debt is an ongoing discussion point. Most people in Toronto are already overinvested in real estate as far as their personal balance sheets go so I usually look to add other elements to their strategy.

Happy to buy you lunch sometime. Let me known.

I’m not a big fan of paper but generally recommend corporate bonds over stocks. They will provide a better chance of income. Despite what happens in this collapse, many good companies will prevail and if chosen wisely, can be a great asset if they provide a dividend. The Money GPS Strategy is all about passive income. Precious metals are great but ultimately don’t provide income. They are simply a means of protecting wealth. Take a look at my free version of The Money GPS as it has a longer explanation of this. I’m always available to correspond via my email at the bottom of the site.

Great interview on usawatchdog.com! Glad to see you getting the message out there. Are you doing any interviews or book signings in western Canada?

Thank you for the kind words. I don’t have anything planned on the west coast but would love to get over there soon!

I just listened to a few interviews online, and I’m wondering what you think about having a mortgage. I heard you say to get rid of all debt, but does this include a mortgage? Thank you.

My goodness… The book is succinct and informative. I’ve just started stacking silver and have a much loved classic Mini that, dare I say, I am going to sell to buy what gold I can before we see the price sky rocket. Gold hit 1300 today and silver hit 21. It’s on… God help us!!
