Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of The Money GPS (themoneygps.com) and any related software, content, and services. By creating an account or using the site, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

The Money GPS provides financial education, data tools, trackers, and AI-assisted analysis, on the website and in the companion iOS/Android app. Access to certain tools and content requires a paid subscription. Some features are powered by third-party AI / large language models — see section 7 for what that means for your data and for the reliability of what those features produce.

The mobile app currently has no account, login, or paid features — it is free to use. If and when paid features are added to the app, they will be governed by these Terms including the subscription, billing, and cancellation terms below.

2. Subscriptions & billing

• Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis (monthly unless stated otherwise) through Stripe until canceled.
• By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method automatically each billing cycle.
• Prices are shown at checkout and may change with notice; changes do not affect the current paid period.

3. Cancellation

You can cancel at any time from your account or by contacting [email protected]. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues through the end of the current paid period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable for partial periods.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to resell, scrape, redistribute, or share your account or our data feeds, and not to misuse the service or attempt to disrupt it.

5. Intellectual property

All content, software, trademarks, and analysis on the site are owned by The Money GPS or its licensors and are provided for your personal, non-commercial use only.

6. No financial advice

The service is for educational purposes only and is not financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. See our full Disclaimer. You are responsible for your own decisions.

7. AI features and third-party models

Several features — including the AI Stock Analyst, $GPS Intel, Thesis Lab, chart AI Reads, and various summaries and scores — are powered by third-party AI / large language models, currently Google's Gemini models via Google Cloud Vertex AI and the Google Gemini API. By using those features you acknowledge and agree to the following.

• Your input is transmitted to a third party. The content of your request — the ticker you enter, the question you type, the hypothesis you submit — is sent to Google and processed on their infrastructure. See our Privacy Policy for exactly what is and is not sent.
• Do not submit sensitive information. Do not enter confidential, personal, proprietary, or regulated information into any AI input on this site. You are responsible for what you choose to type.
• We do not control the provider. How Google handles, retains, logs, or uses that data is governed by Google's terms, which we do not control, audit, or have visibility into, and which they may change at any time. We accept no responsibility or liability for the acts, omissions, data practices, availability, security, or changes in terms of any AI provider or other third party.
• Output is unreliable by nature. AI output is probabilistic and can be wrong, incomplete, outdated, biased, or entirely fabricated — including confident-sounding statements of fact, figures, and citations. It is not reviewed by a human before you see it. Never act on it without verifying it independently.
• No guarantee of availability. AI features depend on third-party services and may be slow, degraded, rate-limited, or unavailable, with or without notice.

8. Limitation of liability

The service — including all AI-generated output, data, trackers, scores, and analysis — is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any warranty of accuracy, completeness, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Money GPS and David Quintieri are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for any trading or investment losses, lost profits, or lost data, arising from or related to your use of the service. This expressly includes losses arising from errors or omissions in AI-generated output, from the acts, omissions, or data practices of any third-party provider (including AI, market-data, payment, and analytics providers), from inaccurate or delayed third-party data, and from any interruption, downtime, or unavailability of the service.

You use this site, and everything on it, at your own risk and are solely responsible for your own decisions and for verifying anything you rely on.
